Develop reusable Responsible AI learning materials for nonprofit work.
03 / Action
- 01
Designed self-contained learning modules with clear learning goals, facilitator notes, exercises, quick checks and takeaways.
- 02
Explained how generative AI works, including the difference between training, context and memory and why fluent answers can still be wrong.
- 03
Developed a Task, Context, Constraints, Output prompting structure and a Find, Open, Match verification method, with review matched to the risk of the task.

A sample from the materials
Meeting notes to a draft procedure
Adapted from the training template. The exercise makes the boundary between an idea and an approved decision explicit.
Also for BEST: Executive AI Orientation ↗- 01
Separate confirmed decisions, ideas discussed but not approved, and open questions.
- 02
Draft the procedure using only confirmed decisions. Mark missing information [TO CONFIRM].
- 03
List what the process owner must confirm. Keep the document labeled DRAFT - NOT APPROVED until review.
